  • No Storage of Sessions: We do not record, transcribe, or retain notes from past palm or tarot reading sessions. Once your session is concluded and delivered, all session-specific insights and working notes are permanently discarded. Palm photographs and birth details are handled as described below.
  • Deletion of Birth Data & Palm Photos: Any birth details (date, time, location) or palm photographs submitted for readings or crystal alignment are used solely for your session. They are kept for 30 days after your reading is delivered — only so we can help if there's any issue with your reading — and are then permanently deleted automatically. Photos uploaded for a booking that isn't completed are deleted within 48 hours.
  • Order & Transaction Records: Basic contact information, invoices, and shipping records are retained only for the duration required by applicable legal, tax, and accounting regulations.

7. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.

Your contact and delivery data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to fulfill your order:
