4. Client Conduct, Punctuality & Boundaries

  • Respectful Space: ogprakrati maintains a respectful, safe, and positive environment. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any session, without refund, if a client displays abusive, hostile, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.
  • Substance Use: Clients must be clear-headed and sober during live sessions. Readings will not be conducted if the client appears impaired by alcohol or recreational substances.
  • Accuracy of Client Inputs: You must provide accurate palm photographs, birth details (if requested), and questions. Deliberate misrepresentation or withholding of context compromises the integrity of the reading.

5. Third-Party Readings, Consent & Impersonation Policy
